How it works
Five steps from quote to payment, with no surprises in between.

Get a free quote
Tell us whether it is a wig or a bundle, how long it is and how many pieces you are sending. Your price is on screen straight away, taken from our published price list.

Receive your shipping label
Accept the quote and we email a prepaid label with a tracking number. Shipping is free and you never pay to send your hair to us.

Send us your hair
Pack each piece in a sealed bag inside a padded envelope. Drop it at any carrier location.

We check and confirm
Our graders measure every piece and count them. If they match what you selected, your original quote stands.

Get paid
Choose PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or a mailed check when you place your order. Once your hair has been checked and the amount is confirmed, we send your payment.
What if the grading does not match?
If a piece measures shorter than you selected, or a wig turns out to be loose wefts, we reprice it against the same published list and send you a revised offer with the inspector's notes. You can accept it, or decline it and we ship your hair back to you free of charge. Nothing is paid or kept without your say-so.
Your quote is locked for 24 hours. After that, request a fresh one, prices move with the market.
