Hair requirements
We are flexible on colour and treatment. There are only a few things we cannot buy.
What we accept
- Human hair at least 10 inches long, measured from the weft, cap or cut end.
- Bundles, wefts, clip-ins, tape-ins and finished wigs, as well as freshly cut ponytails.
- Any natural colour, including grey and salt-and-pepper.
- Dyed, highlighted, bleached, permed, relaxed or keratin-treated hair.
- Any texture: straight, wavy, curly or coily - all paid the same.
- Heat-styled hair, including daily flat-iron or blow-dry use.
What we cannot buy
- Synthetic hair or synthetic blends - we buy real human hair only.
- Loose brushed-out hair or shed hair. It must be a tied ponytail or braid, a weft, or a wig on its cap.
- Hair that is wet, mouldy or has been stored damp.
Lengths we buy
We buy the standard trade lengths, in whole even inches, and price each one separately. Measure stretched, from the top of the weft or cap to the ends, and round down to the nearest length below.

How to prepare and pack it
- 1.Wash and fully dry the hair. No conditioner or product left in it.
- 2.Loose hair: tie it into a ponytail or braid and secure both ends with an elastic before cutting.
- 3.Bundles and wigs: keep each piece banded or on its cap so the ends stay aligned.
- 4.Seal it in a plastic bag, then put the bag in a padded envelope or box.
